TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

Every week I have to change a lady from SweepSouth as my clothes get burnt. Yes, by the week. Do you not train your staff? I have extremely expensive clothing, thinking they're in good hands but you fail me everytime. This week my cashmere imported jersey was burnt. It has a print inside that shows "NO IRONING" YET IT WAS IRONED. This has happened in brand new items, the exact same thing! I am insured with you but do u complain to you with the lady and pictures of the clothing everytime??? I'm very hurt and angry!
