Totally unreliable service!
I've booked with SweepSouth 6 times. And out of those 6 times only 3 times has someone pitched up to clean my house. Basically the chance of someone pitching is 50/50.
Their service is so unreliable! You cannot bank on them at all. I'm just assuming that they pay their workers so poorly that they don't feel it's worth it to come to areas like Goodwood or places that take 1 hour commutes.
If there are other reliable cleaning services, can some please let me know.
