Thievery at its worst !!!
So angry at my nativity about Sweepsouth workers... they have stole so much from me!! Just bad!!! DONT USE THEIR SERVICES IF U DONT CHECK SMALL DETAILS!!!

We are so sorry to read that you experienced this incident. We take matters of theft extremely seriously and have strict measures in place to deal with it.
When clients suspect an incident of theft it needs to be reported within 72 hours for us to be able to proceed with our theft processes. Furthermore, we have an internal investigation process with SweepStars who have been alleged to have taken from a client's home. To further implement our seriousness in these types of matters, SweepStars are temporarily deactivated pending further investigation.
Unfortunately, on our system, we cannot locate any communications regarding this incident. We did see, however, that our team offered you further assistance regarding a disappointing service you received in May. However, this is a matter of seriousness, and we would like to look into this further. If you have provided more detail via email, please do send through your email address used to send the communication so we can take action accordingly.
We would like to sincerely apologise once again for this terrible experience.
