Terrible service - Let down at last minute

<p>We booked a cleaner two weeks ago to clean our rented apartment as a new guest arrives. They cancelled an hour before the booking and were unable to send a replacement.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has put me in a very stressful situation as we now have no help, so I will have to skip work and clean the apartment myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not happy at all and can't recommend a service like this to anyone as it just seems unreliable.</p>
