Terrible service

My fiance and I have used the service a number of times after hearing about the company from a colleague but only got 100% good service the first time. This time the worker was allocated 4,5hrs to clean a one bedroom apartment and do the laundry and ironing - of which there was no washing to be done. During the course of the day, she called my fiance to book additional time because she hadn't finished the work. When we got home, the floors had barely been swept, weren't mopped, the 8 dishes in the sink from the morning unwashed, the bathroom had not been cleaned at all, and literally 30 items of clothing had been ironed. My fiance had also left some clothes out to be given away, which were sorted through and some taken away, so where did the time for that come if hardly any of the actual work had been done?? We have complained about the service to the company before but it's become really tiring. We pay for the service due to it's convenience as there is insurance in place, but it's clearly not very convenient at all. The service is utterly disappointing and I don't think we'll be using their services again or recommending them further.
