Tasneem going the extra mile.

We had some issues getting a SweepStar and the web-site is not very user friendly, but Tasneem was amazing. She answered all my questions and changed what needed to be changed so that I did not have to do it and assured me going forward all should be sorted. So great to speak to somebody that can help and is friendly at the same time.
