SweepSouth needs to train their staff

I have booked a service with Sweepsouth and sent me a lady who broke my shower head, but the shower was not cleaned, I reported to Sweepsouth and I was told the insurance I took does not cover the shower head. I later, after 2 years went back and booked again a different lady, she took the cement out of so many floor tiles, they do this so when you step on that tile it will break or come out somehow. Please check your tiles after Sweepsouth ladies leave your house, they do a lot in our houses that we are not even aware of. I thought getting one from the agency will help but nothing. I am told that they deal with these matters internally.
