SweepSouth is the worst
You will pay top price for the worst service.
The employees get paid per hour not for Quality, when 4oclock hits they will drop everything and leave.
There is only two people in my house.
Complains on there site/app gets no feedback to you. In there own words they only share 4 to 5 star ratings on there sites.
Ive used them 5 times now and this is the first time I use hello peter to warn unsuspecting cutomers.

You are correct our SweepStars are paid for the time spent cleaning your home, each time you make a booking with us. In some instances where the estimated time is not enough to finish your cleaning, we do encourage that you ask your SweepStar to stay a little longer in order to complete all tasks for the day. In this case, the extra time will simply be added on to the invoice at the end of the booking.
We do ensure that our team responds to all queries received from clients as any feedback from you assists us in maintaining our high standards as well as obtaining a good objective of any individuals's long term performance on our platform. We sincerely apologise if there are any delays in getting back to you. Please could you provide us with the email address that you used to make you booking or email us from so we can get in touch to assist further.
