SweepSouth does not care about customer experience.
I gave feedback on a bad experience with a "star" - basically instructions were not followed and my kitchen was left as dirty as it was before she had been in it, 1,5 hours later. After giving this bad feedback, the system kept assigning me this same "star". Support was completely silent. No help from them, no customer service. Basically they do not care about customer experience. Two thumbs down. Would not recommend.
