SweepSouth dissatisfaction
I made a booking today for 8.5 hours.
In my booking I added all the following service and was billed for it:
- Interior walls - Interior windows - Inside oven - Inside cabinets.
My kitchen cabinets are still dirty. NOTHING was done in my bathroom. Only my stove top was cleaned, my oven is still dirty.
Why offer the services if it WON'T be done? If the time was too little why set standard times for the extra services??!
I am do disappointed and I was hoping to make regular use of Sweepsouth but I will NEVER do so and I will tell all my colleagues at work ( l work for old mutual) about the terrible service and next time I'll use Komali instead.
It's not my problem if your sweepstars cannot manage their time accordingly and speed the time I pay for on their phones!

We do see that you have reached out to our Support Team who has provided further assistance. When booking with us, our system provides an estimated total of cleaning time based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and additional tasks you select. We charge for the SweepStar's time, i.e. the number of hours they work. We do not charge per task as everyone's home is different, but our estimates are 99% correct. Kindly note that this is just an estimate and could change based on your home and specific cleaning needs (e.g. if your home is bigger or smaller, the level of cleaning required or for example the amount of ironing required).
SweepStars are experienced in general domestic cleaning. Whilst a property may not contain any furniture, we have found that our SweepStars require more time to clean the space and encourage you to be aware of this. A lot of tasks required for this fall outside a general domestic clean (e.g. standing on any ladders to get to hard-to-reach areas).
Our team has carried out our Satisfaction Guarantee to your SweepSouth account and credited it with SweepCred based on the feedback you have provided, as we completely understand that you have not received the high-level of service we promise.
We sincerely apologise for the let down in your experience once again.
