*********** SweepSouth cleaners
First time I used SweepSouth the lady did a good job. The beginning of the year they brought me Busi F Mohale who did a very poor job. Didn’t sweep under the beds and only did downstairs windows. I complained. 3rd time I thought they’d bring me a better cleaner instead they brought the worst after paying R522…they brought Esther Ndou. Question is, do they pick these cleaners from the robots or do they put effort in training them. Esther didn’t bother to clean my cupboards at all nor wash my upstairs windows. My home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. I’m upset that they have 5stars in these people who can’t clean properly at all and there’s no callback to check if all went well, they basically prompt you to put 5 stars of which I refused on both ladies. SweepSouth is expensive for nothing!!!!
