Sweepsouth are just awful
Terrible service...we have tried X3 different cleaners from sweepsouth in the last month... Of these 3... 2 have tried to bypass sweepsouth by asking for permanent jobs, and when advised that this was not possible...the 1st cleaner cleaned even less than before...then promptly cancelled on us the next week. The second cleaner worked for 1 day, then advised she could only work half days (we requested a person 5 days a week FULL DAY)... The third cleaner said that she can only work 2 days a week but that she would work for us full time ONLY IF WE EMPLOYED HER (again, we requested a person 5 days a week FULL DAY). She then told us she was actually employed by someone else as well...but that she had **** TO THEM TO WORK FOR US SAYING SHE WAS SICK!!!!!!!!. She has been the worst cleaner so far...asking us to help her clean the kitchen (I wish I was joking!!!). Not emptying bins, not making beds, waxing floors and leaving it on without wiping it off (day 2, still NOT done). The ratings on the website are definitely not a true reflection on service provided by any.... please take my advice and don't bother using this company! We are now searching for housecleaning services elsewhere.
