Sweepcred from Sweepsouth is pointless

I’m being ****** of money which I loaded on my app as sweepcred. According to all the customer service members I called they keep telling me they don’t see any money on my account as sweep cred despite me sending my bank statements as proof. This wouldn’t have been picked up unless I called them to enquire why my bank card was being charged for bookings that the sweep star never pitched for.
