Dreadful experience !!!!
Vindictive !!!!
Arrived sullen !
Nothing done nicely on contrary vindictive acts of behaviour : Final worse thing done on purpose , used something on floors to leave my house smelling !
I would have preferred her to have had her hair tied up as I do when I do housework .
Never ever will I do this again , a lot of money to spend on aggravation !!!
