Spare cell phone stole bu Sweep star
I have used Sweep South for a bit over a year, sometimes the service is good but it is mainly bad. Items get broken and hidden away, cleaners leave 2 hours early but don't clock out and still get paid for the full time booked, general shoddy work; the list goes on. However, due to the convenience continued to book sweep south until I needed my spare cellphone. It transpired that my spare cellph8ne disappeared out of its box and whilst I only ever used sweep.south cleaners it is evident that one of the so called sweep stars uses the opportunity and took the phone. It is impossible to proof which eds t cleaner took the phone and when but the fact remains that only the cleaners of sweep south had access to It. I will not use them again and won't recommend unless you have the time to check your house for breakage and theft after each clean.

As you've mentioned and has been further discussed, as the phone was last seen in November last year and you are not certain who took the phone this does make it a slightly trickier situation. We acknowledge as per your emails that you do not want to take this further in the way of laying any charges or raising a claim.

We encourage, that when interacting with cleaning service providers you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons whom you don't know. That being said, we take every precaution possible to ensure that our cleaners are honest and trustworthy. This includes ******** and reference checks as well as taking feedback such as your own very seriously. As discussed, SweepSouth utilises the AFISwitch ******** Illicit Activity Check, the only ******** verification check available to the South African corporate market since the discontinuation of the SAPS Name Clearance ******** Check in mid 2011. The AFISwitch ******** Illicit Activity Check requires a candidate's fingerprints in order to conduct the verification against the Automated Fingerprint Identification System. The fingerprints can be obtained by capturing the ten fingerprints of a potential candidate electronically using a SAGEM MSO300 scanner. The fingerprint package is then submitted online for verification to AFISwitch; the interface between the AFIS database and the public.
We are disappointed that due to the dishonesty of SweepStars entering your home that this has transpired and completely understand and respect your decision to stop making use of SweepSouth. On our side, we will continue to interrogate our processes to ensure we are able to provide the platform with only the best SweepStars who will be reliable, honest and efficient.
