Sikelelwa from Customer Service is WONDERFUL
Dear Sikelelwa,
I would like to thank you so much for assisting me with this matter. My replacement lamp arrived yesterday and all is back to normal again. However, what was not ‘normal’ was you! YOU were SO professional, SO efficient, SO organised and SO amazing to deal with. Thank you so very much, I appreciate YOU and all that YOU did for me. I wish you all the very best. Never mind anyone else, you are my SWEEP STAR!
