Shocking service

I arrived home yesterday to find that my home was only half cleaned. I live in a small one bedroom flat that is extremely easy to clean and I have ocd, so there is minimal mess. I rated the sweepstar a 2 out of 5 and left a comment, which surely should have tirggered sweepsouth to contact me. It is absolutely impossible to get hold of sweepsouth via telephone and via their website. I don't even blame the sweepstar, I blame Sweepsouth who definitely do NOT train their sweepstars. When you are running a business, you need to ensure that your staff are providing the proper service. This is not the first time I have had issues with them. And I know of several people who have had terrible experiences. The concept is great, but you need to have substance to the business, not just an app.
