Shocking Service
This has been the worst experience ever having to deal with them. The Sweepsouth Stars as they call them dont like you asking them to clean the way you normally have it done. Receive different stars every week even though you request same star and receive no notification that it has been changed. Then to top it off have been trying to get refund from them for over 10 workung days even though they say 5 to 7 days in emails.

The convenience of the SweepSouth Platform is that should your SweepStar suddenly become unavailable, our policy is to automatically assign you another SweepStar ensuring that you are provided with a cleaning on the day of your scheduled appointment.
The SweepSouth Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that we are able to provide clients with the highest level of service when engaging with us and we do regret that we have let you down. We'd like to confirm that your refund has been processed by our Finance department and we have gone ahead and emailed the proof of payment on to you.
We really do apologise again for the poor experience you have had and do hope to make things right.
