Shocking service

<p>Received shocking service from this company. Booking process was great and chatted to Jesse online who assured me all would go smoothly, but of course the **** did not pitch and was only told they could send a replacement 3 hours later, so landed up cancelling my booking. Even after asking for the area manager to call me I received no response. Received a mail from someone called Katy Botha asking why I have not used them again, and I gave her my explanation, but of course also no response.</p>
