Terrible Service – No-Show Without Explanation!

I urgently needed a gardener for today because I had unexpected guests coming over, and my garden was in terrible shape. I booked through the SweepSouth website, paid in advance, and even had my assistant call to confirm. Everything was supposedly set.

What happened? No one showed up. No call, no message, no apology—nothing. I was left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

SweepSouth, if you can’t honor your bookings, don’t take people’s money and waste their time. Absolutely unreliable service. Avoid at all costs!
