I decided to use sweep south for the first time and went through the booking process.

Once i booked a domestic worker, i waited 5 min for the confirmation for come through but alas it didn't. I then did the booking over and got immediate confirmation. I was very happy and looking forward to the next day.

The next day i noticed 2 cleaners were assigned to me at the same time ( clearly the first booking i made did actually go through even though there was no confirmation. i quickly cancelled but was charged a rather hefty cancellation.

i called the help line and explained and they said they would call me back - they didn't. i then e mailed and was told the next day that they will not reverse the penalty charge. i objected and explained why i feel i should get the money back and to date have had no reply.

Further more, on the day of the booking the domestic called me to come fetch her, she could barely speak English and she could not understand me at all on the phone - i had to drive around Observatory trying to find her.
