Refusal to replace broken item.
Recently used sweep south, the sweep star was leaning on my ceramic soap holder as she was cleaning my shower. This resulted in the holder breaking. After contacting them asking for a claim I was confronted with delayed responses and very bad explanations regarding the t's and c's. The cost to replace the soap holder is not vast but the entire experience does highlight the risks you are taking by allowing sweep south to clean your house. Zero accountability.

We are concerned about what you shared and terribly sorry that you were not better guided and supported through this matter. We would like to assure you that we take incidents of damage extremely seriously here at SweepSouth and have various strict measures in place to avoid and deal with such cases.
When damage incidents are reported we have a strict process in place that we implement to assist and guide clients through this unfortunate situation and through the claims procedure. This process also involves an internal process with the SweepStar to guide and support her in being more careful with clients belongings. However, as per our T&C, incidents of damage need to meet certain criteria for us to proceed with a claim. We would, however, like to look into this further. Thus, could you please provide us with the email used to make your bookings or your booking reference number to allow us to investigate this further and email you with further assistance.
