Poor/Unreliable service/delivery
First time to try out the SweepSouth service. Pathetic is an understatement. The platform and whole idea is great, but if the people offering their services through the platform are not reliable, it will never work.
Our first "SweepStar" accepted the booking to clean and then cancelled without explanation. Made a new booking with another cleaner and on the day, she too cancelled with no reason and no replacement could be found. Booking was ultimately just cancelled alltogether.
Service response was not bad from the call centre and the ladies were very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the quality/relaibility of cleaners will be the main reason I'll never use this service again or suggest anyone ever use it.
We would like to sincerely apologise for the unfortunate experience you had. This was very disappointing to read and not at all the experience we want clients to ever have.
We do have a system in place to monitor SweepStar performance and ensure such experience are kept at a minimum. We are thus terribly sorry that despite this, we were unable to assist in ensuring your booking took place. We have gone ahead and shared this with the relevant teams to address and to try and make things better for you going forward.
We sincerely apologise once again for this and hope you will give us an opportunity to improve your experience.
