Poor service

I recommended SweepSouth for my sister. She left her flat to be cleaned by the lady. Later on she realized the lady did nothing, the cupboards were still dusty, fridge was not cleaned etc. These were things that were stipulated in the quote however the lady did nothing.

I am quite disappointed in this. Since there is a level of trust between the cleaner and the client. We are not always in the flat/house to babysit them. Also they are cleaners, not our responsibility to teach them how to 'clean'.
