Poor scheduling on app and lack of feedback or assistance.

I am very disappointed with Sweepsouth's customer service and app quality. I book a sweepstar twice in a row that works around dogs and both times Sweepsouth have scheduled on the last minute a sweepstar that does not work around animals. The sweepstar was petrified of my dogs and both times I've had to lock them up when she's come. When I've reported it to Sweepsouth, I called them 3 times, the last time and they stated that they will follow up with me and try to rebook another sweepstar for me. Needless to say, they never phoned back as promised, the wrong sweepstar showed up, my dogs were locked up again and they were quick to take the payment and never got back to me. I gave them a 1 star rating after the cleaning on the app, with again, no response. I don't feel that I was treated fairly at all and would NOT recommend the app and service to anyone. I'm very disappointed and I'm yet to hear back from them.
