Pointless SweepSouth Insurance Premium
I have used SweepSouth over 20 times and on occasion included the insurance premium. In December during a garden service, the Sweepstar removed all my plants from a bed along with the plants. This after I asked William, who was in all other respects very good, to be careful of the plants during the ****ing. I then put in a small claim for the plants which I had recently planted and this was rejected because it's not covered under all risks, although also not excluded anywhere either. So while I'm sure it makes no difference to SweepSouth I will no longer use them.

As with all insurance, the claim process is a fairly tricky concept and the insurance product offers limited cover - we're so sorry that your claim was not successful.
