Pathetic support
My sweepstake has surpassed my OCD expectations. She was early, friendly and thorough. I am really happy to have their service, however their support is extremely unsupportive. I decided to place my faith in them and I booked a recurring service, and through various promotions I have received discounts from other companies as well as from sweepsouth themselves, but I am unable to use them. Contacting support informed me that I cannot add a discount to a recurring booking and it can only be app**** to a new booking. So I should cancel my recurring booking and keep booking a new service each time. That's ridiculous. And it seems no one is able to assist and I keep getting told that they are sending my issue to someone but no one resolves anything.

We do encourage clients to note any terms associated with the use of any promotional offers and discounts.
