Pathetic services

I will never use Sweepsouth again. The few times I have used their services, I ended up cleaning most of the time and the last time, the cleaner did not show up on time so some else showed up, cleaned for less than the 3 hours I paid for and only cleaned the kitchen and folded the clothes unwashed clothes. I only have a one bedroom apartment. I informed Sweepsouth and was told they will give me a discount on my next clean. So they don't keep to their word that if you are not happy with how your home was cleaned, they will send you another cleaner free of charge. I called to reschedule my appointment as there was a family emergency and no one would be there to open the house for her, I would be charged another R114, The cleaner said she could not come back as she had no transport fee. So you can deduct your R38 and R114 even though no service was rendered because that the kind of dishonest people you are. I will never use your services again, nor will I recommend anyone to use your services. Your cleaners are unprofessional, have no sense of time and have no cleaning experience.
