27 Nov 2019, 12:51Hello Mary,
Thank you for your review despite the poor experience.
We are deeply disappointed to read this and sincerely apologise as our intention is never to cause such distress and confusion. We have had a look at your email communication regarding this and we are sorry that this process was not adequately explained to you. Kindly note that the charge was a pre-authorization hold which is automatically reversed once your booking is cancelled. Depending on your bank it should take a few days to roughly a week for this pending charge to disappear from your bank statement. We encourage clients to contact their bank for more information regarding this or to receive a clearer timeframe on when the pending charge will no longer reflect on their statement.
We have gone ahead and shared this with our team who will email you with further clarification on this.
We deeply apologise for the inconvenience and miscommunication of this and we look forward to resolving the matter for you.
