Pathetic Admin

Just want to make it clear that the majority of the cleaners we've gotten have been good. My gripe is with the admin of the company. They send out notifications late at night, when you cant get hold of anyone to sort things out. They deduct money whenever they feel like it, one week it'll be at midnight after the cleaners been there, and the next its the day before of on the Saturday before the Monday, I've loaded money onto there credit service and they still deduct from my account. On Saturday they deducted R250 in the morning and then tried to take another R250 that night, I declined that payment and now they say I haven't paid for the service and no one was sent... so far they have pocketed about R750 from me for services I haven't received. Considering I've been using them twice a week for a long time now you'd think they would offer better customer service.
