Paid for not a service provided
I had a booking for garden care on the 1st of May. However, the Sweep Star got lost, had his phone battery flat and didn't show up. The service was deducted from my credit card, even after I sent an e-mail communicating this fact. I tried to called on the support number ***, but nobody took my call.
