Not happy with sweepsouth
This is really sad that I’m having to do this. I have had lovely ladies working for me and manages to do things according for the hours booked. This week the lady comes spends 90% on her phone. My husband says when she left she made her coffee and was on her phone. My Father in-law says she was also on her phone all the time. She did not complete her task
I get a standard reply from sweepsouth and now I have a dirty home and I had to pay for it. And all they have is excuses! Such bad customer service ! They only concerned with your money and claim to leave you relaxed but yet I’m not relaxed I’m stressed cause I don’t have the time to clean now.
