NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER CARE
I THINK THE PEOPLE THAT COME TO CLEAN ARE GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE TAKES A LOT TO BE ADMIRED. YOU SEND EMAILS AND EVEN SPEAK TO SOMEBODY AT THE COMPANY, BUT NOBODY EVER BOTHERS TO CALL YOU BACK AS PROMISED, OR EVEN RESPOND TO MAILS. I EVEN SPOKE TO A SO CALLED MANAGER, AND WAS PROMISED THE WORLD, OVER A WEEK LATER AND NOTHING. IF IT WAS NOT FOR MY WIFE AND HER RE PORE WITH THE LADIES THAT COME TO THE HOUSE , I WOULD NOT USE SWEEP SOUTH.
