No support

Cleaners are amazing but their employer is absolutely non existent! You NEVER get ANY communication with the company. The cleaners WhatsApp and everything is wonderful - I’ve had many many cleaners work in my houses both Cape Town and Joburg and never have issues with them. But when there’s issues you can’t get a hold of support. Not on email, phone or WhatsApp they say they have. Nothing! Also they provide NO support to their employees. The last lady who came to me left 4 hours earlier just because she wasn’t sure how to get to my house. That’s ridiculous!
