Never use SweepSouth. SweepStar stole & SweepSouth have 0 accountability
I will never use SweepSouth again and neither should you. On the 4th June 2026, SweepSouth issued a SweepStar to come to my house to clean. The SweepStar I had first chosen, cancelled on me the evening before, and they reassigned someone new. She stole from my home. I reported her to the police and I reported her to SweepSouth. I gave a 1-star rating and SweepSouth still charged me for the cleaning service. She did not even clean properly. Their operations lead reached out on the 11th June explaining the disciplinary steps SweepSouth will take. We followed up with their operations lead on the 23rd June, 2nd July, and the 14th July. Neither he or the SweepSouth team have gotten back to us.
Don’t use SweepSouth. They will bring strangers to your home and will do nothing about it if something happens.
