Most unreliable cleaners
Extremely unreliable. I booked a clean on 12 September for 28 September. The cleaner didn't bother to arrive. I contacted customer support and all they could say was sorry there's nobody available. So why take payment in advance and confirm my booking in advance.

All SweepStars are independent contractors, meaning they have full control over their schedules - where and when they work. This means that from time to time they may become unavailable. SweepSouth is an on-demand cleaning service platform that connects SweepStars with clients and as such if a SweepStar is unavailable or decides not to accept the booking we will ensure another SweepStar is available to you almost immediately at no extra cost/on-demand and send you a confirmation email of this change.
We are so sorry the SweepStar let you down. We believe our team has been in touch with you on the day to confirm there was no longer availability in your area and if we could reschedule your booking to still provide you with our seamless services. We understand this has caused a disappointment for the services needed on the day and we profusely apologise for this.
We would really like to make it up and provide you with the services we pride ourselves in and we sure hope you can give us another chance to make this right for you.
