More like "MoodSouth"
The first time I booked a clean with SweepSouth my 'Star' did not pitch - unreliable.
I specifically made arrangements to be home that day. After much hassle - which will only annoy me more should I explain - an ABSOLUTELY lovely lady came in the next morning at 7am and did wonders in my kitchen. Unfortunately that's as far as she got as I had to leave for work and my house unfinished but paid for.
I was given a credit. Only to lure me back to even more atrocious service.
The second time I booked a clean, Shongeleni Mbhombhi came in to 'clean'.
She did the basic wash dishes and wipe countertops, mop floors in the kitchen.
She did not clean the bedroom (paid for), clean the bedroom (paid for) and had the audacity to LEAVE an hour and a half early.
I contacted support and have dealt with them longer than it does to clean a house inch by inch.
They're unreliable, unaccountable, have some of the worst staff and just not a good company to invest time or money in.
