Misleading information & putrid service

After being referred by someone to try Sweepsouth's service, we decided to make a booking. After everything had been finalized and scheduled, the domestic commuted to the incorrect address.<br> <br> After much confusion and delay, the domestic never pitched. After enquiring whether we would still need to pay for their service and if we could make another booking, I was told that they do not service our area (i.e. Primrose Park (Athlone), yet they service Surrey Estate which is literally +-2km away)<br> <br> I then called and spoke to a consultant who told me the same story that they do not service the area I reside in. I then took the liberty to make another booking for interest sake, and to my surprise I received a confirmation email with a reference number for the booking, as well as the available date. <br> <br> Their information they provide on the website is very frustrating and misleading. We could have made alternative arrangements but chose to use your services. <br> <br> This experience had left a bad taste in my mouth and would never recommend anyone to use their service. <br> <br>
