Little bit unsatisfied - paid extra for the extras and she struggled to get through everything- at first I was pleasantly surprised about a good job and gave a good rating on their app - but then I realized small things. I asked her to move things vacuum and wash - didn’t happen in my bedroom - i started noticing she took very long so I said she can only do certain places . The dissatisfaction comes in where I paid for n house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms standard clean plus paid for extras like laundry (which she didn’t do)/ inside cupboards (which she didnt do) : inside oven snd inside fridge. And now I find small things where she washed the bathroom mirror cupboard outside but it messed inside . The fridge is clean but underneath it looks like **** ( and she did not do the freezer) just highly disappointed. Yes I understand we cant expect miracles but she took way too long and said she must focus on the extras ( so then why am I paying for a standard clean) .
