Job not completed and service consultants not taking query seriously

I am terribly disappointed in the service received and also how my query has been handled. Last week Friday I ordered cleaning service which they estimated would take 10 hours maximum. At the end of the day about 70% of the work was still not done. I had asked for cleaning of walls, windows, , fridge cleaned, cabinets, oven, whole house and laundry to be done. At the end of the day only cabinets, oven and floors cleaned. The rest was not done (ie walls, laundry, some windows, fridge) Bear in mind I took it upon myself to wash the curtains, I had to put them back myself... When I logged a query I was told I will be given R100 off the next order, How does that help me when the service I initially paid for was not finished? I am not a happy client.
