Constant last minute cancellations even though a cleaner is booked weeks in advance. Terrible admin staff that cant handle the job at hand. Constant arguments in regards to reliability and service. Loss of income due to waiting for a cleaner that never arrives due to a cancellation at 19h30 the evening before then to be told that another cleaner is coming the next morning, only to be told at 7a.m. that they cant make it. Sms's from the cleaner saying they cant find a place. EVER HEARD OF GOOGLE MAPS???!!!. Now being blatantly ignored and not getting replies to my questions!! PATHETIC!!!!
