I will never, ever recommend Sweep South to anyone!
Of all of the complaints I have lodged - This has by far been the worst experience of my entire life. Sweep South is without a doubt, the company proclaiming to be so incredible, yet honestly is the VERY worst. I started using Sweep South about 3 months ago on a once - weekly basis, to start off with. I am being 100% truthful in saying that I experienced an issue EVERY week. They are immensely unprofessional, the staff are rude and untrained, the delivery in NO WAY matches the price and the overall operation is just very, very flawed.
I am so incredibly disappointed in a company that is supposed to be so reputable. I can guarantee that they are not. I have cancelled all my future appointments, I am deleting the app and I will never, EVER be using their services again. I highly stress The fact that they are not a company to be used and a client will undoubtedly encounter some sort of an issue. I do not recommend Sweep South whatsoever.

Unfortunately our procedure is that in the case where your SweepStar suddenly becomes unavailable, our system automatically assigns you a new SweepStar to ensure that your booking still takes place. We want to ensure that our clients still receive their booking regardless of whether their preferred SweepStar is available. We do, however, provide clients with the option to cancel this booking if their preferred SweepStar is not available.
We have had a look at the email communication that was sent to our Support Team, we will, however, be sharing this with our Support Team once again to reach out to you and offer further assistance.
Once again, we apologise for the poor service and the experience and we will ensure we support in resolving this for you.
