I emailed a complaint to this company over a week ago now - to which I am still awaiting a reply... Due to non-response, I posted a HelloPeter complaint last week. Oh, they are so very good at responding to your HelloPeter posts... Providing some long-winded explanation and promising a resolution if you provide your booking details... I provided all the details and still nothing has happened. Most *********** and unprofessional company I have ever come across.
