Horrible HORRIBLE service

I have been a client of SweepSouth for a few months now. I have had issues in the past with ladies overlooking a few things here and there, and each time I would bring it to the service’s attention. However the service I had received on the morning of Friday 29 April 2016 was not only the worst ever, but HORRIBLE!!! 1. When I had returned from work late afternoon, my flat was not only left unlocked, but the balcony door stood wide open. I had showed her where the keys were and how to lock up before I had left in the morning. 2. I am not sure what she had done, with all the time she was there, since the place looked exactly as what it did when I left. The only evidence that a cleaning lady was the dishes, poorly washed and put away with food still stuck on the sides. 3. The kitchen counters were not cleaned, the items that stood scattered over the counter, was still there and the counter was still sticky. 4. Living area table and desk was also in the same state as I had left it, including the dirty dishes, unwashed in the same place. 5. The bed was poorly made. 6. None of the floors had been swept, what to say about being mopped 7. And the most upsetting of all was the bathroom. It was not cleaned, the bathmat was still crumpled up on the floor. What I found disturbing was that the toilet was used, BUT NOT FLUSHED!!! My bathroom was left in a horrid state. 8. I always tell the ladies they are welcome to make themselves a sandwich and some coffee or tea. This hospitality was abused. 9. When I reported this on Saturday I was assured that it will be sorted out and I will be contacted no later than Tuesday (today), I still have not received any feedback.
