I booked my sweepstar for 6 hours on the 18th of Jan 2020, left instructions for her and to pack up my clothes neatly in the wardrobe, I also had some clean laundry I had just washed before I left and asked that she also pack that neatly in my wardrobe as well, I specifically booked an extra hour for "inside the cabinets" for my wardrobe because I knew it would require time for her to do it and since there is no wardrobe option on the booking app, I told her in person. And yes, I know inside cabinets is for kitchen cabinets, but I specifically told her to use that time to pack my wardrobe and not the kitchen cabinets. She left 30 minutes early, but because I was not home at the time when I got the notification that she is done, only my sister was, I figured she finished quickly and she works fast. Much to my surprise, I get home, my clothes are still in the laundry basket unpacked, my wardrobe is still in the state I left it in, after I specifically paid for an extra hour.

I queried this with Sweepsouth, I raised a complaint, all they did was tell me that "inside cabinets" is for the kitchen cabinets, which were also NOT cleaned! They claim that the bookings are more about time and we should tell sweepstars which c****s to prioritize, and yet when we do that, they come with their stories just to **** you out of your money. They did not address the fact that she left early even though I was charged for the full 6 hours, without finishing the work! Disgusting service!
