Highly disappointed

I booked sweep south as it was recommended by friends,I wish I never did. I could have done the cleaning they did by myself and I would have been satisfied. Everything I clicked on the request field was not done they just changed the beddings and washed the floors with a little water that gave a terrible smell afterwards,I've sent emails I've called but nothing has been done,they promised to get back to me and I'm still waiting,I don't want another sweeper we if that's your recommendation I want my money back,I had to get someone else to come and clean the house as I am in no state to do so....I am really disappointed in the service received from the girls that cleaned the house.i really do not want any other cleaner to replace them I just want my money back,I was so exited to make use of your service just to be disappointed like this
