Going the extra mile, including app education ????

It was my first time using the service. The app booking is absolutely awesome and user friendly. Loved it. Evelyn is the lady that cam to clean on a Sunday, after booking only on the Saturday. She was very professional and thorough and totally went the extra mile, cleaning where I wouldn't have thought to even ask. I had made a small mess up on the booking on the app, I explained this to her and told her she didn't have to clean that area, I would do it as I didn't book for it. She told me it's no problem at all, she can adjust hours from her side on the app with my acceptance, to accommodate my mess up. She explained to me how it worked, and I loved that, and then went on with the cleaning. I found the whole experience really good and will definitely be using them again.
