********** debt collection
My wife hired this company to clean a house being rented out from July. Today in October she gets an email from a "debt collector" saying because she owes South Sweep R45 she must now pay R1 697 with collection fees. No correpondence whatsoever that the R45 was owing from South Sweep and in checking the invoice and our bank statements what was invoiced was paid in full with a credit card. What kind of ********** operation are you running here where you are expecting your customers who you say owe you R45 to then fork out an extra R1600? This is shocking.
