Extremely Satisfied Customer

I have employed Thembelihle Ngcobo on a weekly basis for the last year. She never fails to impress me with her diligence, attitude, punctuality and attention to detail. Without fail, she wows me with the thoughtful extra tasks she completes without being asked. The last time she was here, she cleaned and tidied an area under my house. This was not really part of her work, but she had a few minutes to spare, so she used them in a most pleasing way. When my son moved out recently, her workload was reduced and she informed me that I could reduce her time (and salary) by half an hour if I wanted. In a world where everyone is on the make, I was amazed at her honesty and willingness to put her customer first even at her own expense. How refreshing! Needless to say, I will not reduce her time (or salary). She is worth every cent, and more. SweepSouth has made employing domestic help so much easier. I would recommend them every time.
