Extremely poor service

A friend recommended I use Sweep South as I was having difficulty finding a domestic worker. When I booked online I asked for my washing and ironing, cupboards and fridge to be cleaned in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. This was estimated to take 6.5 hours and was charged for at R250. After I had driven around for half an hour trying to find the domestic worker as she was lost, I explained to her what I expected her to do. I did the washing before she arrived to assist with time. I then went to work. When I arrived home I found neither my cupboards nor my fridge had been cleaned. She had done the absolute bare minimum. After sending Sweep South 2 emails to which they did not reply I eventually called them. They eventually got back to me 5 days later to say that there was not enough time to do everything. I find this impossible as I have done it myself numerous times in much less. The bad attitude and way it was dealt with was the cherry on top to the awful service. I definitely do not recommend this company!
